The application was submitted following positive pre-application discussions with Planning Officers and the County Council’s Highways Engineer.
Planning Officers’ found the scheme to be policy compliant in all respects and the application was subsequently granted planning permission by the Council’s Planning Committee. Since that time, all pre-commencement conditions have been cleared, and the development is currently under construction with all plots now sold. The development is expected to be completed in 2020.
